Partnership expands Global Nephrology Solutions’ reach to new state
SAINT JOSEPH, Mich., TEMPE, Ariz., October 28, 2021 – Lake Michigan Nephrology (“LMN”) recently announced its partnership with nationally recognized Global Nephrology Solutions (“GNS”), a leading physician-owned, technology-enabled kidney care platform. With this newly established partnership, GNS brings its provider-led, value-based care nephrology platform to Michigan for the first time.
Lake Michigan Nephrology’s six providers offer comprehensive care to patients with high blood pressure and kidney disease at six locations, including one office, two satellite clinics and three dialysis units, and Spectrum Health Lakeland Medical Center. Kidney disease is a common chronic condition affecting nearly one in seven adult Americans and requires ongoing, specialized care.
