Friendly and helpful
Office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Kwon is caring and friendly. She listens to my problems and concerns and addresses them in a professional manner. She discovered that the side effects of a medication I had been on for 2 years was actually an allergic reaction. No other Dr had picked up on that, and there had been many Drs. I am pleased with the care I receive from her and her staff.

Understandable and friendly
I have been to Dr. Kwon twice and have another appointment later this year. I appreciated having my test results explained in language I could understand. My husband asked questions and she didn’t hesitate to answer. She is very thorough. A doctor who is friendly and makes sure you understand what you are dealing with is hard to find.
